Home Up

The West Suburban Irish help out at Ribfest on July 1, 2006:

Members worked together to keep the customers happy.

Here, Chuck Corrigan works the counter while son,

John Corrigan, supplies the product.

As the crowd got bigger, the beer pourers got busier.

Rose McMahon and Mary Press kept the beer flowing.

Mike Reilly smiles because he knows pouring chardonnay

is the easiest job in the tent.

Conor Cunneen shows how an Irishman pours a proper pint.

He is a bit puzzled that the cups are really not a pint,

and the beer was not Guinness.

Nonnie Marovich enjoyed working closely with Mary Press,

at the busiest end of the tent.

Left: Teamwork in action.

Below left: WSI members take a two-minute break in their four-hour shift.

Below: David Press power naps after serving 6,895 beers.

Maureen Murphy keeps the supply chain running smoothly.

Below: Sue O'Neill and Mary Press drain keg after keg.

After Hours:

WSI members enjoy a few ribs and beverages

after a long, busy night,

while REO Speedwagon finishes its last few songs.

Kevin Dolan sports his red, white and blue

Exchange Club Ribfest attire.
