Irish Session News

Please join us for a gathering of Irish traditional musicians celebrating their common love of Irish music by playing together in a relaxed Irish Pub.

West Suburban Irish has added a second Session performance at Quigley's Irish Pub on the 1st Wednesday for the following months, May and June. Depending on attendance and feedback, WSI, Quigley’s and the musicians will evaluate if it makes sense for additional monthly session.

Session Dates

Wednesdays May 7, 21

Wednesdays June 4, 18

Our Session incorporates over a dozen musicians playing traditional Irish music on their traditional Irish instruments every third Wednesday of the month.

The music starts at 7:30p at Quigley’s Irish Pub, 43 E. Jefferson.
You'll hear Fiddle, Flute and whistle, Uilleann pipes, Accordion and concertina Banjo, Mandolin, Guitar, Bouzouki, Bodhrán and other percussion, Harmonica
