Founded in early 2022, the Emeralds GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association team based in the Western suburbs of Chicago. The growing organization trains and develops young women in the Irish National team sport of Gaelic football. As Gaelic Football requires many skills, athletes who previously played soccer, rugby, basketball and other sports enjoy the challenge of this game.

All ladies ages 16 years and older are welcome. No experience is required.

We are governed by the Heartland Division of the United States Gaelic Athletic Association and
we provide world class training and equipment.
